1. Install TestFlight from the Apple App Store
2. Install the applications from Apple’s TestFlight BETA. Both applications need to be installed for the test to work.

3. Ensure both applications are installed. Open the メディゲート application.
4. Register by providing your email and follow the steps to login. For security purposes you will be asked for your cell phone. A one time password will be sent to that cell phone number via SMS.
5. Once you have completed registration you can enter the メディゲート code by clickig the [メディゲート番号] button. Enter the following.

6. You will now be able to try out the tests and questionnaires.
